Dance

Faces

One of our two gay dance clubs, this popular late night hangout is open from Wednesday to Sunday and is the place to go for one last drink before heading home.

Badlands

Another favorite among locals, this two-story venue plays all the best Top 40 hits and regularly hosts drag shows, throwback nights, and other special events.

Chill

The Depot

Located right next door to Badlands, this is the go-to spot to meet up with old friends, make some new friends, and enjoy casual eats outside on the patio.

The Mercantile Saloon (a.k.a. “The Merc”)

If you’re looking for a chill vibe and stiff drinks, this laidback watering hole located on L street in Lavender Heights is your place.

Leather

The Bolt

A favorite among the leather and bear subcultures, this lowkey dive hosts special events every week and never charges a cover.

Unapologetically Queer

Empowered. Fabulous. Adventurous. Sporty. Creative. United. See how LGBTQ Sacramentans define “unapologetic” on their own terms.
